Customer Support Assistant (Temporary Position)

We are a startup firm offering a temporary position for an enthusiastic and responsible candidate to assist with customer communication and sales support. Our users come from across the globe, with a strong presence in India, Indonesia, the Middle East, and Brazil.

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000+ per month based on performance

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to user queries and provide assistance through WhatsApp.
  • Call users via WhatsApp for sales support and follow-up communication.
  • Guide new users on how to effectively use our applications and features.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues through our ticketing system.

Work Mode

  • You can work from home, if required
  • You may be required to visit our office occasionally for reporting or meetings.
